The space program was designed to be used flexibly in the ordinary garden for refreshment and relaxation, as well as in the festival plaza where various experience activities and performances are held during events or cultural events.
The green ground concept, in which buildings and outer space are united, was designed to select low-maintenance trees, plant vine, shade, and other types of water considering wind conditions to highlight eco-friendly images on the target site and reduce thermal island phenomenon.
