The green belt connecting Pangyo, the center of the industry, connects the park and the stream, and provides a sense of relaxation where nature and culture coexist. Under the slogan, “Make the Natural Landscape Together by Splitting Nature and Filling People,” the company proposes the outer space of the SK Biofam R&D Center located in Pangyo, 2nd Techno Valley.
The purpose of the plan is to promote three-dimensional traffic plan and space by applying the green axis that follows the target site in a linked and circular manner to flow of sound and link with natural parks and stream sides and establish an open axis through building and spatial linkage. Space for accommodating various programs was planned in consideration of the user population and behavior in the community spaces formed by the flow of the same line.”Flower fragrant plaza” is an entry square that connects the natural scenery of the park and provides a pleasant rest and continuous view for the users as an element of the zelkova tree, mirror pond, and seasonal flower garden. “Wind Plaza” is an open space for waterfront plaza, where visitors can take a rest by looking at Geumtocheon Stream and enjoy the Sasso near the observatory deck and the waterfront stand. The Gureungsan Book-gil was an attempt to create diversity in the linear space by introducing three-dimensional elements to the landscape of the trees and the royal trees along the path along the waterfront. And with the connection of wired design, mini planters, tables, and gallery wall in complex cultural space are harmonized with the architecture and external environment of the target site, providing comfortable rest for users of visual stability and space with deep unity.
Lastly, Sunken Square is a three-dimensional center that naturally connects the flow of the terrain and is a nature-friendly plaza that contains the views of parks and streams.
